Olivia Smith

Olivia began working for Wallace & Graham during law school and continued her career with the firm after becoming a North Carolina-licensed attorney. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University, followed by her law degree from Campbell University School of Law. Olivia concentrates her practice on personal injury and civil litigation, with a special interest in nursing home litigation. Her prior experience working for the North Carolina Medical Board has equipped her with a keen understanding of the standard of care for medical providers in North Carolina.
