Bill Graham is a former prosecutor and accomplished plaintiffs' lawyer with 18 years of experience. Since 1993, he has been a partner in the law firm of Wallace & Graham, P.A., in Salisbury, North Carolina. He practices extensively in mesothelioma and asbestosis litigation throughout the United States. He has a special focus in asbestos litigation on behalf of U.S. Navy personnel.
Mr. Graham is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and active in numerous professional and community organizations.
Mona Lisa Wallace was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1979 and has built a reputation as a formidable civil litigation attorney. She has 20 years of experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including individual and mass tort claims involving mesothelioma and asbestos disease.
Ms. Wallace is a member of the American Bar Association, and served on its Task Force on Asbestos. She has served on numerous committees of the North Carolina Bar Association, and is active in the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys. She has been a member and staunch supporter of Public Justice, a network of U.S. lawyers that takes pro bono cases involving the national public interests, such as the "Class Action Preservation Project."
